Hello there,
i'm now 26.5 years old and approaching 27.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Skill: A) and 5 years of experience (4 of which is pharmacy-related) and the other as a medical sales rep. but i HATE Pharmacy so much and i am multi-talented as a person (i used to rap and have a distinctive voice, i have a talent with graphic designing and drawing, and i have an interest in diet-fitness and have a youtube channel for weightloss in arabic).
I've read so much about express entry and all the other options, and i actually could be having a great chance to migrate if i just focus on IELTS (and btw i'm fluent with a native-like american accent) and i'm single too.
but i have many Qs in mind that i need to find an answer for ...
i read that Career-Change is so common in canada esp. with new immigrants, i know it's not easy to find a job but i read that many people go there and start a diploma in something they love (which is Diet-Fitness/Graphics & Art for me) and take it from there ...
NOW my Questions are ...
(1) is it true that for new immigrants who are still yet to get a job there are low-cost or even free courses and diplomas in some states that could help someone with their take-off till they get on their feet and get a job relevant to their studied diploma/course ?
(2) since i hate pharmacy, i don't want to Re-Study to do the equivalency study which takes several years on average for most people and i'd rather do what i love cuz life is too short, things like Lab Analyst or what other jobs relevant to pharmacy that don't require Degree-Equivalency (PEBC and all these troubles ..) that i can take as a Pharmacist to begin with ?
