Yes minimum 6 in each band.I think you have a month to reappear.

There is time still if you want to reappear. Without it you cannot file your application.

I wish to apply as a Pharmacist in Canadian FSWP 2013.

I am confused whether to go with a consultant in Mumbai or I should do all the process on my own.

Can anyone please let me know the educational and work experience documents needed for this process..

Just for information: you have to take the academic IELTS before you can be licensed as a Pharmacist. Its not necessary for the PEBC evaluating exams, though.

You do not need to IELTS, either for EE or QE exams of PEBC.

When you open your file with any pharmacy college, lets say if you are in Toronto then with Ontario College of Pharmacy, at that time you will need language proficiency, as required.

Currently following is a requirement.

For credential assessment transcipts issued by college will be OK or it should be in university envelop ??

Well there is no as such guideline . But it should be from University seal n sign .

Every university has the process to get it.

Ok Mayank, So it would be preferable to proceed for university stamp sealed transcripts.

All the degrees should be done assessment for main applicant? Bachelors and masters both ?
