Hi

I don't believe the pass rate is so low!!!!!
I studied from Misbah notes (mainly), CPR and Fatima's books for questions. I also joined EE groups on facebook. This helped me a lot.
Misbah notes have some mistakes but are really useful, especially the tips.
In my exam there was a lot of general knowledge, many questions for which Misbah notes were really helpful, and a lot of Ethics. Very long questions..it looked like a language exam!I heard that in the January 2013 exam there were many ethics questions as well.

Could you pls shed some light on those examinations, were they mcqs or writing texts, what were major topics... any info about the exam would help. also those CPR and Fatima's books can you provide the names you used as I found the Fatima Marakan on amazon, is that it? but for the CPR I didn't find a name so can you provide the names.

CPR is comprehensive phArmacy review by leon shargel and alan mutnick... read that book as many times as you can and if you have practice exams, those are helpful too...yes, fatima's book is found on amazon..i think she is based in vancouver

she is going to read TC 6th edition, 7th is not available, is this sufficient? or need to read patient self care book? because later one is very big book.
she passed EE in last Jan 13 . and now we come back to India, and planning to give in Nov 13. is it enough time for QE part-1. and can u elaborate about exam if u know about it?

I am preparing for the same. I would advice Therapeutic choice, Patient self care.

I am joing CPS course soon at University of Toronto. I will pass you material from there after April.
