Dear Mayank Sir and Badal Sir,
What preparations can be made in advance (regarding documentatio etc.) for fast processing of credential evaluation? any suggestions? I am having only the university/college mark sheets (semester wise) & final degrees (B.Pharm and M.Pharm). Should i get these in any other format, transcript etc. or that too will be directed by the CIC designated agency?? Do they ask for transcripts mailed to them direct from the university??
Please guide.

i would suggest u to wait till assessment authority announced by cic

In any case you will need transcripts.
In North America, Transcript has a value which we have for mark-sheet in India.

So I would advice to be ready with transcript in a selaed envelope.

Your college can also send the transcript instead of university (as far as PEBC is concerned)

I have applied under this category last year in July. And since June 2012 It has been seen in my on line application status that my application was reviewed and they started processing on March 27. Still now I did not get any medical documents from visa office. But, One of my friend who applied after one month later of my application , found last week in her status that her application started processing in October 2, and yesterday she got her medical documents with others instructions, I don't know on what basis the visa office process the application. Please any one can answer how much time it will take to get any instruction from visa office?
