Advise I have saved $ 22k through my friend ( she is in Montreal and she wanted to invest in my country I paid some of her expenditure here amounting to 22k and ask to pay 10k to TWU on my behalf and remaining with 10k ! If she write a letter confirming that’s funds is it okay or she need to wire to me ?so that I can atleast secure $50k

No. She cannot write a letter. She can provide a gift deed of $22k you proving she has the funds and giving you the money. Wiring you all that money raising red flags with IRCC.
