My son's PGWP validity shows as November 2025 but mentioned conditions as " must leave Canada by November 2023 " any one could please advise / clarify on this.

It's one year then. Nov 2023. He could call IRCC and ask them to clarify.

Give them a call. The agent can ask the officer to relook and clear the confusion. They will send a new one after.

Thank you Sir , Do you feel is it by oversight by the officer mentioned as 2023 ? But the same case reported by another student as well.

as you know getting the customer care number is very difficult , my son was keep on trying since two days but in vain. Do you know any other way to contact IRCC , by mail or ...

he should try atleast 20 times to get in touch. Call back to back. If it's a masters program, sometimes they issue 3 years depending on number of credits etc. If it's college 1 year program, then one can say with certainty that it's most likely a 1 year pgwp. He needs to call and find out.

Noted Sir , BUT why did they mentioned Validity as 2025 is wondering....any way as you advised will keep call them untill we get through , thanks a lot

It's a typo. But the 'must leave is very important detail there'
