What are the chances of approval of pgwp?

My first semester was in September 2019. Second semester in Jan 2019 but I was failed in three subjects in 2nd semester and I was not allowed to take 3rd semester because of prerequisite subjects. May 2019 to August 2019 was official summer break and I went to India for marriage. I cleared 2nd semester subjects in September 2019 intake..Now my college was offering 3rd semester in fall only so I took 2 subject from continuing education in Jan 2020 but I had an accident so I was failed in 2 subject and I have medical records as well. After that I took 2 subject from 3rd semester from continuing education in May 2020. After that I took 4th semester and remaining subject from 3rd semester in fall 2020.However, my family got corona back to home and my father was on ventilator and therefore I was in depression and had anxiety and I was not able to clear all subjects and failed in few subjects. In the end, I cleared all the subject in Jan 2021 intake.

Yes I was full time student in first, second and Fourth semester but I was part time student in 3rd semester because college was offering 3rd semester in fall only and I was not allowed to take 3rd semester in fall because I was failed in 2nd semester

You have to maintain full-time status as a student in Canada during each semester of your study program. This doesn’t include your final semester, which can be part-time, or if you took an approved leave from your studies.
It counts as authorized leave if:
  • your school has authorized a leave from your study program for:
    • medical reasons or pregnancy
    • family emergency
    • death or serious illness of a family member
    • any other type of leave your school authorizes
