My friend applied for PGWP after completing 2 years of education in Canada but he received only 1 year valid work permit instead of 3 year, Can someone give information regarding this situation and how to fix it?

What is the length on the letter of completion? Does it say 4 semesters or 2 years?

Actually he did 1+1 years of study and mentioned the same

Okay.. I think it is better to contact a lawyer and explain situation and (s)he may write a letter to IRCC and explain situation with evidence and have this corrected.
