I have studied three terms full time (Masters - MBA) here at a reputed Canadian Business School and wish to apply for PGWP. I took extra courses in my three terms and am in my final term to complete my course.

1) Can i apply for PGWP right now while I am completing my part time studies (remaining part of my degree)?

I think you have to graduate first and then you can only apply for pgwp that will be according to this like...
8 months study = 8 months or 1 year work permit
16 months or 2 year study permit leads to 3 year work permit !!!

And pgwp is a one hit only, you can apply it only once under your study permit ...so be careful !!

Hello, Im an international student that will take the Master of accounting program this coming Spring 2019. The classes are only from May to August. Can i work full time from sept to april since this is a "Scheduled break"?

You would require a proof of graduation from your school before applying for pgwp.
