PGWP with expired Study permit

Hello,

My study permit expired recently but I still have time to apply for my work permit according to the
new rule (180 days).

Here is the sequence of the process I did

Study Permit expired Dec, 2019 >> Work permit applied Oct, 2019 >> Work permit Withrawn Nov, 2019 >> Withrawn letter received Jan 20, 2020

I can show supporting documents such as college applications I did after work permit withdrawl. I was supposed to receive withrawn letter from CIC in a month but instead I received it in January, 2020.


Anything special I should be mentioning in application for this special circumatances?

You don't have special circumstances. You failed to maintain legal status and need to apply for Restoration.
