PGWP vs BOWP

If I have options to apply both for PGWP and BOWP, which one should I go for and why?

I have both options right now because I was given a PGWP for 23 months due to my passport expiry date. Usually, the PGWP is for 3 years. Recently, I got my renewed passport and also applied for PR.

In that case I believe it doesn't matter what you apply for, I would suggest to go for remaining PGWP.

And If you do not get the PR by the expiry of your PGWP then you can apply for BOWP.
