PGWP TRV Study Permit

Hi!

I hope someone here can help me understand what process I need to follow.
I just received my PGWP, it will expire by 2023. I have sons back home and I want them to be with me. What application do I need to process?
I read somewhere that they will need TRV, my sons are 14 and 12 years old and both are in high school.
Do I also need to apply for study permit? I want them to continue studying here in Canada.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
