PGWP to Open Work Permit

Good day. I am an international student and hopefully after my studies would get 1yr PGWP since my course is just 1yr. Just want to ask if there is a way on getting an Open Work Permit after the PGWP expires?

1. Basically no. You would probably require an employer who is willing to advertise and pay the fees for a LMIA for you to obtain a closed work permit.

But would it be possible for me to apply an open work permit inside Canada before my PGWP expires?

Basically, no. You would need an employer to apply for an LMIA to then use to apply for a closed work permit.

Because I was thinking that before I can apply for a PR my Canadian Work experience should fall under NOC A,B and O only and I only have 1yr to look for this kind of job,

Any suggestions if ever I lack time for me to extend my work?

Complete a 2 year course so that you qualify for a 3 year PGWP.

So im assuming student has to apply for a study permit extension with CIC if they take another course.
Would student have to show VO another $10,000 for new GIC to extend study permit PLUS pay fees to college for new course?
