Hi guys!
I need your help if possible,

How can I apply to PGWP + SOWP?
I finished college last august but I just got my extension.
I know I can’t work because I already finished school so how?
Can I submit a job offer in order to apply for my wife at same time? Or what’s the process please?

Anyone same boat?
Thanks in advanced.

Yes you can apply it together. Just need your Full time employment letter. 3 Pay stubs (in case if you dont have please upload it visa webform. )
What kind of NOc code job do you have btw? Since rules are gonna change so please apply ASAP.

@jimit1806 thanks for the answer. What rules are going to change? Also, can a student have a casual/on-call job if they want to apply for a PGWP? What about NOC Level 0, A and B level jobs are they still mandatory if one has to apply for SOWP along with PGWP? Waiting eagerly for the reply.

  • This is the rules that they are targeting to change. i am in the same boat as yours as i also have to file sowp in the month of March,2025 due to my spouse is getting graduated in DEC,2025 and my visa is expiring in mid April,2025 . Students can apply for PWGP regardless job or not but for SOWP extension they should have a job. Till this day rule for sowp main applicant should have a full time job(NOC 0-5). New rules will change it to NOC(0-1-2) i think. So apply ASAP.
