I came to Canada for PhD program in 2016 and later brought my spouse on an open work permit. She has been here for 2 years. I have graduated. My study permit expires 90 days after my graduation ( August 2021) but my spouse's open work permit will expire in November 2021. I want to apply for PGWP and extend her spouse's open work permit together in a single application. Can I do that without an official job offer letter?
