PGWP- Side income from tutoring students

Hello Everyone.

I have an open graduation work permit. Following is the restriction that appears on the permit
"UNLESS AUTHORIZED PROHIBITED FROM ATTENDING ANY EDUCATION INSTITUTION, OR TAKING ANY ACADEMIC, PROFESSIONAL OR TRAINING COURSE"

I have been tutoring student privately from almost 9 months. I am just confused to figure out if the word TAKING in above sentence mean participating or conducting course.I just want to make sure that I am not breaking any rules of PGWP and its legal to tutor on PGWP.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

What they meant was you should not attending any of those programs as a student.

"taking a class" means attending - you are the student.
"giving a class" means you are teaching it.

Since you are on an open work permit, it is OK for you to tutor on the side.
