I applied for PGWP on Sept 1st, 2020, and got refused on Dec 1st, 2020.
I called an IRCC they gave me a reason like in my transcript college has mentioned one course in Winter 2018 ( why did you take only one course in winter 2018 ) because my course started on February 26th, 2018. So I asked my college to provide me an explanation letter. so they provide me like this,
( 1. XYZ college has several class / program start dates per semester. In the case of this student, he began on the last month of the winter semester; February 26, 2018. As consequence to this start date; one eligible grade entry could be made for W2018.
2. Some of our modules were scheduled once per week, for either 15 or 18 weeks, all depending on the hours needed to complete that module. For example, the module 410- B02-HE was divided into 2 semesters. As a result, the grade could only be released in the semester the module was completed.
But they also mentioned my Gap of 3 Months which I wasn't able to attend classes due to personal reasons.
I reapplied through Webform for reconsideration of my application with a college explanation and with my own explanation on Jan 10th, 2021.
My study permit is expired on Nov 30th, 2020.
should I apply for a visitor visa? because I don't know how much time it will take.
