Pgwp refused for late submission but in reality it wasn’t late

Hello all,

My pgwp was refused because the letter stated I didn’t apply within the 90 day window when in fact I did, I supplied all my documents as required and paid for in full.

Can anyone help me understand why i wasn’t accepted after two years of studies here ?

What was the exact text in the refusal letter?

When did you apply for the PGWP? When did you complete your program and when did you receive confirmation of program completion? Was your study permit still valid at the time you applied?
