PGWP refusal

Hi I has advanced diploma from fleming college but i failed one course in my 4th semester but due to the fact that the course is offered in a year and it was a pre-requiste for y 5th sem course i was not able to be a full time in my 5th sem and was offered only 2 course and recently i have applied for my PGWP which got rejected
Any leads on how should i procced with this situation will really help me a lot

Take another diploma is one option. Not sure reconsideration will work because you were not eligible for a PGWP. Did you also take a year off between courses?

Did you change your status to visitor? Assume you have not been working too.

No i have repeated the sem in order to be a full time thoughout the year jt just i was part time for one sem which was my 5th sem
And no i did not change it to visitor i have restored my status to study permit and i am planning to apply again but this time i ll aplly with a letter from college

Right but how long were you off between semesters? So you graduated in your 5th semester? When did you graduate? You can reapply if you have a letter from your college saying your were only part-time the 5th semester. Whether it is successful will not be known until a response. Assume you stopped working immediately.

no i had 6 sem in total and was only part time in sem 5 and that too because i failed one course in sem4 which was pre-requisite for the course in sem 5.
Rest of the academic term i was full time i did not took any break from my studies i was continuously studying

Ok. So you are not eligible for a PGWP because you can only be PT the last semester. You were correctly refused. You can try and reapply but if refused again, then you need to look at other options like take another program.

You have to beg the VO to allow you the WP because you are legally not eligible
