PGWP reconsideration

Hello everyone

I applied for PGWP from outside Canada and was issued only 18 months of PGWP despite attending a two-year full-time program and submitting all the papers proving that. Therefore, I'll be applying for reconsideration. I have checked online, seems like I'll need to send my application via mail to IRCC and wanted to confirm if this is the only way or if I can apply online again. Another question, do I need to mail my PGWP as well.
Note: I can not reapply/send it through webform because my application was submitted on August 2021. I have just received GCMS notes showing that I was only issued 18 months. So my passport validity has nothing to do with it.

Can someone confirm this process or is there a better way to do it?

Hello

I sent my papers to Ottawa in December and haven't heard back yet.

I included a letter from the school detailing each semester's start and end dates. Also, the school made sure to mention that I have not taken any breaks or extra courses. This was the only paper I had to bring, others documents were the forms on the CIC website.

There's no remark on your PGWP?
