Hello,

I came to Canada in Aug 2009 on a study permit. I started my bachelor degree in Sep 2015 and have completed:
2015-16 F/W: 5 credits
2016 Spring: 2 credits
2016-17 F/W: 6 credits
2017 Spring: 1.5 credits
2017-18 F/W: 5.5 credits
2018-19 F/W: 5 credits

I was reading over the eligibility, and it says:
They have maintained full-time student status in Canada during each academic session of the program or programs of study they have completed and submitted as part of their post-graduation work permit application.

Is Spring included in the regular academic sesion?

Spring and Summer terms are considered to be regular scheduled breaks, according to my school. All the credits I took during Spring are courses based on interest, not credits towards my actual degree. I have 3.5 extra credits on top of my 20 credits.

Would I still be eligible for a PGWP?

Thank you!

If they were scheduled breaks for your program i.e all students would normaly be on break during those terms then you dont need to be full time during those terms. It is probably important that you specifically point this out in your application, so IRCC doesn't get confused.
