First Program, 3yrs:
Winter 2021: Passed with 85% grade
Spring 2021, 2nd Semester: Failed 3 courses, was discontinued.
Fall 2021, Part-Time: Took 3 new courses(10 credits) of future semester to maintain that I was studying at that time and reduce workload of future as 3 failed courses were not available.
Winter 2022, Part-Time: Took 3 failed courses (11 credits), again failed 2 of them.
Spring 2022: Changed the program to another one. Because I would be part-time for 3 back-to-back semesters, if I had took those 2 failed program.

Second Program, 2yrs:
Fall 2022 & Winter 2023: Took another course and have grade of 89% and 84%.
Spring 2023: Official Spring Break
June 2023: Applied for Study Permit Extension and got approved.
Fall 2023 & Winter 2024: Continuing the course, and have grade of 75% and currently enrolled.

How should I tackle for my PGWP based upon my second program?

What is your question? Have you been full time for all semesters for the second program?

When I apply for my PGWP, I am getting scared that it would be rejected as I had 2 part-time student status during the first program.

If IRCC provides PGWP based upon second program, I have a chance of getting approved. But because of failing status and part time status, I have fear of getting rejected.

How should I approach the application of PGWP so that I have some chance of getting approved?

First program is not relevant only second program. So no need to bring up first program.

All I'm going to do is breathe a sigh of relief that the new regs are going to tighten the screws on this type of situation. All that matters is PGWP. Everything else, especially the education, is secondary.

Good luck, OP!

If officer go back to the date Study Permit was issued, question will be what were you doing with Study Permit from January 2021 to before Sept 2022?
