I raised web forms but got generic replies. Exhausted all resources from my end. There is no other option than to just wait.

I got approved today. Applied on Jan 23. Don’t worry they just take their time. I had the same feeling. People who applied after me got approved quicker. They are just being random I guess

Their lines are open make sure you prompt 3-4-1-0.I spoke to someone earlier this week. I dont think all call centers are open though. They are open 9-5!

Thank you. Yeah you will get it soon, they removed that bit where they show applications filed on a particular date they were currently working on when you see the current processing times. Earlier they used to show, after 8th march Not anymore
