PGWP processing time is way longer than estimated. What to do in this situation?

Hello Everyone,
I have applied for PGWP since June 13, 2022 after finishing my Bachelor's degree but my application is still in processing since then.
I have also changed my address recently and I have tried to contact them but there are no responses from them. I have sent web form and emails through 'contact us' on IRCC website but there has been no responses.
What do I need to do in this situation?

Google what is the MP for your area and there should be various ways to contact them. I would email the MP (really their office) with all your information and the information about your situation. Try to keep it short and sweet but include the important information. I would indicate that you are experiencing significantly longer processing period than average. They should be able to contact IRCC to see what is delaying your application. Usually you should at least hear back from the office within a week to confirm they are looking into it.

Hello, I have tried to google but the ways are very general and vague. I fear that I will not be able to write an email that fits what is required to address the MP and get their attention. Do you know any good tutorial structure for a complete email to be sent to the MP?

Edit: Do you know anyone that can review my email so that I don't make mistake when writing for the MP? Thank you.
