PGWP paper application extension due to passport expiry

Hello guys,

I have sent in my paper application for PGWP extension due to passport expiry. I got a notification from Canada post today that my paper application has been delivered to IRCC successfully.

Does anyone know how long it will take before I can link my paper application to my online IRCC gkey portal?

Or do I have to call IRCC?

Please tell me how I can keep track of the application.

No! Did you try calling IRCC? I suppose you can get your application number from them.
I’m thinking to do an online application as well

Yes, I have called. They said my application is still prospective.

I don't know about about applying online, that makes no sense to have double application.
