There's been no order or set time frame being followed for pgwp issuance outside of canada. I have friends waiting from Pakistan since April 2021.

I have recently applied for PGWP (August 20) from Pakistan as well. Please post if somebody got their PGWP approved from outside of Canada in 2021? Thank you.

VO is Abu Dhabi for Pakistan apps. Abu Dhabi caters for a lot of countries, so they're backlogged. Current estimated timeslines are 3-4 months.
