Hi,

I am in india now and have completed 1 year graduate program this may 2020. My study permit is going to expire on 31st of july and i am unable to travel to canada due to pandemic. Can i apply PGWP outside canada due to this situation? if so how long it will take to get approved? Will I get 1 year PGWP from the date it was approved? please help me with this situation.

Yes, you can apply for a PGWP from outside of Canada as long as you're within 180 days of your date of program completion. Processing times are impossible to predict.
