PGWP OPT IN DURATION

hello

recently I opted in for a PGwp extension which was approved on May 10th.

My current work permit expires on 28 OCT 2023 and the new extension i received was only up till 11 NOV 2024.

According to my calculation, i should be getting an extension of 18 months after 28 October, making my new permit valid till April 2025.
My passport has another 9 years of expiry left so thats not the case.

Any idea? how are they calculating? or its a mistake and i should contact them ?
