just tell them you applied in Canada and you are exempt from biometrics currently. I did that in June 2019.

You have to wait until you get the request and only then fly. That's what I did.

Yes you can but you need to wait for the passport request letter. Once you get that you can fly and get it stamped in India.

in the same situation, need clear answers.

i don't think so you need travel authorization. proof of job or proof that you are established in Canada.

did they ask for job letter or any other proofs?
