PGWP online application and port of entry

Hello guys,
I have submitted an online application for PGWP 3 weeks ago inside Canada. The current average processing time is about 80 days.
I need my work permit ASAP to be able to apply for my wife's work permit as well.
Do you guys know that it is possible to get my PGWP if I go to border in person given that I have an online application in process???

No flagpoling is still not an option. Your wife can apply for SOWP with your PGWP application if you meet the requirement.
