When did you apply? Since you were in a two year program (not two one year programs) and applied before Nov 1 then ask for reconsideration through webform. As the IRCC site says they ”may” issue you a 3 year PGWP.

I already reapplied for PGWP. Just want to know that anyone in their similar situation recently and what happened with them.

What happened before may be different from what happens now.
Since IRCC has tighten the rule for PGWP and study permit. Good luck with yours.
