Hello Guys I have applied for PGWP on 6 May 2021 inside Canada, its been 40 days no update.

Its quoted 42 days on the website.

When I applied it said 38 days. Now it's 39 days on website.

It was 42 as of yesterday. Its done from the current number not the number it was when you applied, expect a decision very shortly.
