Yes, be patient. I think they are processing it randomly.
I applied on May 17 and I received mine on Nov 14. Stay positive!

Nothing on eligibility review yet. The only update was background check not applicable. That was a month ago...How long have yours been in review status?

What does your eligibility review say? My background check says its processing right now which is why I don't know if my review has actually started of it's just saying that.
