PGWP got approved but approval letter not received

I submitted my application in Jan, and it showed approved yesterday.
"Final decision - August 10, 2020: Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details."
But there is not any message or approval letter below.
I have waited for one day, still no approval letter.
How long will I receive the approval letter after approved?
Do I need to wait one more day or call them immediately?

have you got your letter now? I think it's not a big issue you will get it on your mail. And for the message you can call them and ask this query they will send it back in few days again if there is a glitch until then you will get it on your mail.

My application for PGWP was approved on February 15 2021 and got the approval letter saying that the work permit is being sent. But have not yet received the work permit till now.(April14).

Hey, it happened to me in the past. Call IRCC and confirm the address it was sent to and since it's been over 6 weeks, they should send you a new one and invalidated the one printed.

I have the same issue. Its been 14 days passed already. I havent received it yet. Tried looking for contact number but couldnt found. Whats their number?
