I came to Canada as a student and below are my timelines. I completed 2 separate PG diplomas from a community college and applied for 3 years PGWP. I got only for one year instead 3 years and I created 2 webforms and called IRCC multiple times for past 6 months but of no use. They said they are still working on my file (She said my file and request moved internally to Edmonton and they cannot give any certain timeline). My current work permit expires on June 2024. What should I do? any suggestions. I thought of applying for CAIPS/GCMS notes and with that approach a lawyer. please advise.
1. First course SEPT 2021 - AUG 2022 SST3(Co-op) - I OPTED OUT CO-OP and failed in one subject in second semester. So I re-write the subject during my co-op (May 2022 - Aug 2022) - I complete entire course in one year and got the course completion certificate.
2. Second course SEPT 2022 - APR 2023 ITI2B and completed the course within the time and got the course completion certificate.
3. Applied for work permit in MAY 2023 (with 2 course completion certificates) and received only for 1 year work permit in JUNE 2023.
