Hey Dear,

Its My Birthday Today and I Got 3 year PGWP as a Present.

I came To Canada as a student in May 2017, for 1 Year (8 months) course in Centennial College. In my second semester I failed two subjects. So first course ended on jan 12 , 2018 due to ON strike. But stil I have to pass those two courses. But on Jan 15 , 2018 I had another 1 year course in another Public college. So in first semester of second course, I completed first subject and completed second subject of first course in second semester of second course. So I took two part time semester. Then I applied for PGWP, and Today On my birthday I got 3 years PGWP. So, I talked to lawyers also watched here many people said two part time semester, you will get refused from work permit but on the other hand I called IRCC today they told me that as long as you you remain full time in school you can take as many part time semester to complete previous semester but you should have full time status in present. Failing in a course is not a problem, but dropping courses deliberately is a problem for your eligibility. So, as long as you are full time registered there is no harm to your PGWP eligibility provided you are in Public college.

Thanks and Best Regards

I don't understand what you are saying. If you are part time in any of your semesters apart from the last one you will not qualify. You were not part time, you just failed courses and took them the next semester. Please don't say anyone can study part time and get PGWP, because that is not true.
