PGWP, from within Canada, requires IMM5707?

Hi all,

I was just completing my online PGWP application, and realized the Family Information Form IMM5707 is required from me. Is this normal? Is it possible I made a mistake somewhere? I thought this form is only required for applicants outside Canada.

From the CIC website:

Family Information (IMM 5645 or IMM 5707)
Who needs to complete this form?
This form must be completed by each person, 18 years of age or older, applying for a Temporary Resident Visa, a study or work permit outside Canada.

In the online application, the eligibility part before it lets you choose PGWP, I chose that my current country of residence is Canada.

Also, I checked the PGWP application package, and it doesn't mention IMM 5707 at all...

I'm confused. Please let me know if you're facing a similar issue.

That's exactly what I always do with forms.

Try doing the questionnaire part again. This form is not needed while applying for PGWP. The only form that is needed is IMM5710E while submitting the application. So, it might be possible you answered a question wrong.

Thank you, all! For anyone else reading this, I did need to print, sign, scan, and upload the form. I got this information from the university international house.
