PGWP from outside Canada

I was enrolled in MBA at TRU, kamloops Canada. The program started in 2018 fall. In 2020 due family emergency I came to India ON 21ST march,2020. while I was in India I was left with half of my winter semester and summer semester. I graduated in India on 31 August,2020. Now I want to return to Canada but I am not getting a support letter as I am a graduate now. What is the best way to enter Canada as I have to apply for my PGWP. I have my study permit and student Visa valid till 30th November,2020 but it turns out I can not enter Canada at this point without a support letter so I was thinking of applying for my PGWP from India but I do not know whether that would be helpful or not please guide me on this that how should I enter Canada at this point of time and should I or should I not apply for my PGWP from India.

You can apply from your PGWP from abroad. Once you get it, you may be able to enter Canada, but if you have not been actively living or working here for some time your travel may also be deemed non-essential. It would be better if you had a job offer, but of course getting one from abroad will be difficult.

Hi, similar situation - but study permit/ visa valid till July 30th and pgwp is in process. I have a valid work offer that requires me to travel to Canada. Will I be able to enter Canada?

ur able to enter canada. apply pgwp from outside and valid visa
