Pgwp extension

I received the email in August about 18 months extension to the pgwp. My last pgwp expired October 19th. So I expected the extension in the mail by mid October. I haven't received it. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I can't find any way to contact ircc, apart from webforms- to which I haven't had any reply. I have the interim work permit until may 2023. I don't know if I can leave canada and return to work with just that and the ETA. Any advice appreciated.

I have the same problem. I received the same letter except that I needed to update my address. My passport is valid beyond April 2024. I followed the instructions on the letter and send them an email to the address they provided and I received an automatic response that they have received my email. Therefore I am expecting my Extended PGWP by mid-November however I have received nothing as of now,17th of November. My PGWP expires on 11th Dec 2022.
Whenever I call, it says there is no one available. Web-forum is also pointless, I have not received any response

Hi guys, any update ? did you received your promised work permit ? i have the same problem it's been 3 months im waiting.

When I responded to the first email, I received back then, I got an automatic acknowledgement response with a small link to description of how the procedure is, like the first round of invitation and the second round of invitation. The last paragraph of it, was that if I don`t get my extended PGWP by mid-November, I am still eligible and could still apply for a PGWP which I did on November. 2 days later I received a letter, indicating that the expiry date of my current PGWP is has been extended until March 2023, so that a decision on my application is made by then.

I am in the same situation and still waiting for my automatic work permit extension.
Can someone please advise what I need to do?
I called IRCC and they simply asked me to apply....this does not makes any sense because IRCC sent email stating that I will get it automatically but so far nothing came and now I am worried as I can't apply for my PR under OINP as I need to submit work permit.

Please advise what I should do?
