pgwp extension

I currently have PGWP and am eligible to apply extension since mine expires on July 10, 2021.
I’ve been filling out imm5710e and I am so confused.

So, my question are
1. What should I choose for “What types of work permit are you applying for?”
Should I select Post graduate work permit or Open work permit?
2. for “I am applying for one or more of the following”, should I choose Apply for a work permit with the same employer or Restore my status as a worker?

Many students are getting their PGWP expire in Jan 2023. Those all students are in limbo. Canada Government should be fair and should have extended the extension renewal whose PGWP till March 31, 2023 (The date when the first declare)
