PGWP extension linking paper application to online portal NOT AVAILABLE 2 wks

Hi,

I have submitted my pgwp for extension since I was only given two years and suppose to have 3 yrs. I have send my application 2 wks ago to Vegriville and I am trying to link my application to the online portal and I can't find my application. Does anyone know how long these things takes ?
