PGWP extension due to passport expiry

Has anybody submitted a pgwp extension due to passport expiry my mail recently?

I submitted mine to IRCC on Jan. 4th and I have not heard anything from IRCC, not even an AOR.
I have not gotten an application number to be able to link it to my ircc gckey account.

I have called IRCC, and their agents keep saying my application is still in the prospective stage.

Does anybody have any idea what's going on?

Hey I am about to submit my application as well and just wanted to know something. Did you sign the form by hand? Was it only the signature line before you validate the form or the barcode page/anything else as well?

Validate it, print it and sign and date by hand.

What page am I signing though, page 5 where it gives me the signature line before the validate button or page 6 with the barcodes?
