How long does it take to see the decision after receiving the correspondence letter? I got the letter and the status changed to:

Review of eligibility
- We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Final decision
- September 1, 2023 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

It's been two weeks and I haven't seen any updates, should I be calling the IRCC to check?
 
It took 1 month for my friend.

By the way when did you apply? And this is what public policy extension right??

I thought they normally give a decision right after the CL.

I applied on July 1, for the 2023 PGWP extension policy, I had some technical issues with the opt-in earlier in May.
