I have a situation in which my PGWP expires on 25th April 2022. I have a few questions if anyone one can help?
My work experience is from June 2019 to Jan 2020 as Laptop Repair Technician at NOC B Level
and Oct 2021 to now as Computer Repair Technician at NOC B Level. I know that PGWP does not extend.
q.1) will I be eligible for CEC if draws come after June 2022?
q.2) If I apply for a visitor visa can I go back to India until I do not find LMIA?
q.3) what’s the earliest date can I apply for a visitor visa?

1. Why after June 2022? You are eligible as soon as you have one year experience.
2. Yes.
3. Apply now as processing times are long. If you plan to stay in Canada past April 25 then change your status to visitor.

You need to have at least one year of skilled work experience within the last 3 years to qualify for CEC. The three years is calculated from the date you submit your complete application after receiving ITA.

So let's say you get ITA in July and submit your application in July as well, you will no longer be able to count your experience from June 2019 and part of your experience from July 2019. If you lose that work experience, do you still have a year of work experience in Canada?

If your employer is willing to sponsor you, then look into the PNP program of the province where you are working now.
