PGWP expiring in less than 3 months, PR is late, losing job

I'm in Vancouver, currently employed in IT in a leadership position in a mid-sized company. Applied to PR through express entry 15 months ago, stuck as everyone else. I'm a CEC currently in Canada, applied with my wife who is outside Canada.

In less than 3 months, my PGWP will expire and I will probably lose my job, and the Canadian company will also be affected as we are too tight on time and responsibility to wait 2-3 months to hire a replacement.

What can I do? Can I somehow ask for urgent processing?

Re-apply ASAP for your PGWP will expire this Policy in July 2021.
