I am calculating my points under
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) tool - Skilled immigrants (Express Entry). I am working with my current employer for more than a year on PGWP. What should I answer Yes/No for Do you have a valid job offer supported by a LMIA?

If you do not have a job offer supported by an LMIA application then surely your answer should be no.

Just working with an employer doesnt imply that the employer will support an LMIA but just means if it is a qualifying job you are accumulating work experience your employer is not your sponsor.

yes it is but the question you were asked by CRS tool was do you have a valid job offer supported by an LMIA and as PGWP is an exempt / open permit you are not currently working with a job supported by an LMIA so the answer surely is no.

Yes, PGWPs are LMIA exempt, but that is a different program. Now you are talking about express entry, and the CRS points awarded for having a "valid job offer." This is not the same thing as having a job in Canada, a "valid job offer" must meet a specific set of criteria. And if you are on a PGWP, in order to meet the criteria for a valid job offer, your employer would have to apply for an LMIA (same as if they wanted you to continue working past the expiry of your PGWP).
