pgwp denied need help-visitor recrod or what?

Hi,

My pgwp apply was denied and my study permit expired in Nov 12.

My status expired on November 27.

I have a travel visa.

I need sometime to prepare leave right? packing, book airticket.

Anyone knows how long i can stay?

Do i need to go to border and re-enter as visitor?

Or seems I can apply what they call visit record??

Can not find any useful information on cic web.....

You need to apply for restoration and to change your status to visitor. Going to the border is not an option since you are out of status.

Why was your PGWP refused?

I do not think i can restoration because i finish school.
i am thinking go to border and came back as visitor.
the reason:

Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees but
only if they are enrolled in one of the programs of study leading to a
degree as authorized by the province and not in all programs of study
offered by the private institution

My visitor visa is expiry from 2016 but i have my student visa..now i apply for my visitor visa at case processing center ottawa and they send my documents to los Angeles and i am in canada
