Hi all, i applied on july 6 and still waiting for result. Anybody else with similar timeline?

I already received my PGWP 4 months ago but I thought to share my timeline. I applied for the permit June 2 and got it on June 26!

I wanted to know, if your semester gets extended because of college’s not accepting your co-op application. Will that harm your chances of getting a pgwp? Or will you not get one ?

Depends. Have you been a full time student for every semester except last semester?

Yes, all 4 i will be a full time student but since i dont get a coop for my 4th sem i have the extend to 5th sem, in 5th sem i still will be a student. So how do i know extending a sem doesn’t harm my pgwp?

I got a co-op but college didnt approve it and i may have to extend my semester to 5th sem. In 4th sem i have part time co-op and 5 subjects plus capstone project.

So how will that co-op that wasn’t approved show up on your transcript and completion letter? Will that semester show that you were not a full time student?

4th semester i will be a full time student, 5th semester is only for co-op because students didnt get one in 4th semester! In 5th semester i can work full time/ part time co-op only, I cant do any other job full time, can only do dome part-time work like sales associate or like work in starbucks or something.
