PGWP & CEC

Now for people with no ties to Canada, what are the chances with regards to their competition to PGWP & CEC folk, are those allocated specific amount of PRs ? and any idea how many on PGWP issued to know people with experience inside Canada ?
Any thoughts friends....

Just did my ee today scored 430 noc 0 they screwed us but I think they will draw only cec applications in one of the draws

do you have an idea how many of each ? like is there 100k on CEC or PGWP with Canadian experience ? then people with no ties to Canada got no chance ....

They posted the number for 2015 somewhere on Internet and I've seen it on this Forum. It's around 20000 but now with all these changes not sure at all.
