PGWP: Can we apply for PGWP in Quebec after studying in Ontario

Hi, I am going to start my course this coming Fall. My college is in Ontario and I will be eligible for 1 year PGWP.
However, I am curious to know if I can work in Montreal/Quebec on PGWP after my studies? because Quebec's rules are different from rest of the country.

No impact. If applying for PR at some point, you will want to show residency in another province.
